REFUND POLICY
If the Electric Fin has non-human damage performance failure within 7 days from the day after the user signs it, consumers can choose to return, exchange, or repair. Consumers need to provide detailed pictures, overall pictures, and nameplate pictures for the supplier's reference. After the supplier confirms the problem, they will give consumers a solution. The product packaging and accessories of the returned or exchanged goods must be complete, and the electric Electric Fin has no traces of use.
